BERT T. WILSON Bert T. Wilson, aged 64, prominent and well known attorney of Lebanon, Russell county, was found dead last Friday morning about 7 o'clock in a pond on his farm near Lebanon. The body was discovered about two hours after a search had been made for him. For the last three years Mr. Wilson had been in failing health and while not active in the practice of his profession he continued to look after his farm and made trips daily to it, which was located near his home. His is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Nannie Wagoner and by three daughters, Mrs. E. V. Easterly, of Lebanon; Mrs. Clyde White, of Belfast; Mrs. R. W. Lawrence, of Baltimore; six sons also survive: Claude, Bert, Richard and George, of Lebanon; Douglas, of Washington, D.C. and Bill, of Honaker. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at Lebanon. |
