Myrtle was born on 09 June 1897 in Pembroke, Giles County, Virginia.  She was the daughter of James Ballard HUTCHISON and Sarah Luvina MARTIN. 
She was the granddaughter of William & Nancy HUTCHISON and William & Margaret MARTIN. 
She married William Cephus NEACE about 1915.  She died in January, 1984 in Boissevain, Tazewell County, Virginia.
