Ollie (Fields) Boothe

  Mrs. Ollie Boothe, 78, of Bluefield, was dead on arrival at a Bluefield Hospital Saturday morning, the victim of an apparent heart attack.  She was born in Cedar Bluff, Va., daughter of  the late George H. and Sarah Katherine Hess Fields, both Tazewell County , Va. natives.  She had made her home in the Bluefield area for the past several years and was a former employee of St. Lukes Hospital.  Survivors include 5 Setp-Daughters, Margaret Johnson, Eleanore Painter. Nellie Shelton all of Bramwell, Janice Thomas of Silver Springs, Fla., Louise Long of Great Bridge, Virginia. One setp-son, Harry Boothe of Orlando, Fla. One brother, Robert Fields of Pounding Mill, Va.and several nieces and nephews.   Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Hurst Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands with Rev. H. D. Hampton officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool Hill, VA.  Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
