James Charlie "J. C." & Sally Maude Marrs Billups

J.C. was born 16 Sep 1889 in New Hall, WV to Thomas Billips and Belle Daniels. He married Sally Maude Marrs in Aug of 1907 in Russell County, VA. Sally is the daughter of  John Marrs and Mary Bowling. She was born 25 Oct 1889 in Big Creek, WV and died 17 July 1971 in New Hall, WV. J.C. died on 28 Aug 1973 in Bluefield, VA. The couple is buried in Horsepin, VA.
